Pricing questions
- How does the license work?
- After checkout you get a license key. Enter it in the desktop app to activate — your license decides how many cases you can manage.
- Can I switch devices later?
- Yes. In the app, deregister the license by clicking "License" at the bottom, then activate the same key on the new computer. Make sure you export your case(s) first!
- What happens if I don't purchase a license
- Nothing — a license is only required to export cases. You can still use the app to review your audio and build your case; you just won't be able to export the report until you purchase a license.
- How many cases can I create?
- The Homeowner Edition supports one active case at a time and up to 3 cases per year — plenty for resolving a dispute at your own home. If you need more cases or multiple devices, the Agency Edition includes unlimited cases on up to 3 devices.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If BarkCatcher isn't a fit, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll sort out a refund.
